About Us

In November 2010 Tim and I met for the first time on my birthday after being introduced by mutual friends.  We hit it off right away and knew that one day we would spend the rest of our lives together.  Two years later we got married in February of 2013.  Since we have met we have been through many experiences and travels.  In 2014 we expanded our family with a labradoodle puppy who we adore. 



Tim works as an accountant and enjoys playing golf in his free time.  He played on the golf team in college and still goes out on the weekends and after work.  



I teach first grade and I love to read.  I  especially love to read books that have a related movie so I can compare the two.  I am also currently working towards getting my Masters in Education with an endorsement in English as a Second Language.   


 We really enjoy traveling to new places.  We have a goal to visit all 50 states in our lifetime.  We also love being outside and going to festivals and are very fortunate that there are many in our area.  We are also very involved in our church and community.  Tim is involved with the church trustees and I sing in the praise band.  

Tim and I always knew we wanted to have a family full of children.  Right away we began talking about adopting.  As we talked and prayed we realized that no matter what happens in our lives, we feel led to adopt.  We feel that God has a child ready for us to love as our own.  We prayed a lot and decided that we felt like now is the right time for us to adopt ad we are hoping that God will lead our baby to us.
